Simply speaking, using Internet article marketing as a key marketing strategy is a great one. Your challenge, if you decide to accept, is to write a lot of articles in a short time frame. These tips may help you accomplish that by looking at how your format your articles.

1. Create a Template I use Microsoft Word and set top and bottom margins at one inch with the side margins at 1.25 inches. Also, I use Tahoma at a 11 font size. Everything is single spaced as well. I know that if the entire document extends into a second page, I have probably exceeded 500 words. As my goal is to write more articles, I try to keep all articles on one page.
2. Title Is First: I write the title first and do the character count at this time. Since many sites require that the title not exceed 100 characters, I make sure the title fits. I know that by using Tip One that if I write a title that takes up the entire first line, my character count is either 88 to 89. I then skip a line.
3. Teaser: Here is the opportunity to grab the reader's attention. I usually quickly jot down one sentence. This can be changed. However, I always try to keep the teaser to only 2 sentences because that is the purpose of the teaser to tease the reader into reading the clicking on to read the article. Always remember to be honest when writing this teaser because you do not want to disenfranchise a potential reader. Now, I skip another line.
4. Key Words: On this line, I enter the key words for the article. Since I have already printed out numerous key words, I quickly scan those sheets to make sure that I am grabbing the right key word for the article. Then I do a character count knowing a full line is Again, I know that a full line is 88 or 89 characters and I am usually allowed up to 100 characters. I always try to make sure that I use every character available for key words. By having the key words right above the article, I can quickly review them to ensure that I am using the correct key words. Again, I skip a line for the actual article that I
5. Article Introduction: Here is the introduction to your article. Remember to keep it key word rich if possible. The goal is to further entice the reader to now read the entire article. This is your first paragraph.
6. Article Body: Now it is the time to give the reader high quality content. If you can keep each paragraph to no more than 3 sentences and limit sentences to 25 words or less, your article will be easily read and comprehended.
7. Article Summation:Close your article using this as your last paragraph. Make sure that you have an ending as strong as your opening.

By formatting your article using these guidelines or tips, you can have consistency and it makes it much easier when submitting your articles to an article database. After 2 years of using Internet article marketing as a proven marketing strategy, I can personally attest that this format works for me and I sincerely hope that it works for you as well.
