Whether it's been 5 months, 5 years or 50 years that you've been in a love relationship, there are always ways to spice it up. Undoubtedly, relationships constantly change and if you keep doing the same ole, same ole, boredom especially in the bedroom can occur

You can, however, spice up your love making, no matter what stage of life you are in. These tips are sure to help

1. Explore what you desire from your love making experience. If your relationship has spanned many years, you might think that you already know what this is. Even if this is the case, we suggest that you look with new eyes at what you want. Dont limit yourself; expand your possibilities.

2. Share with your lover what you discover about your desires. This may be something completely new for you to talk about something other than kids, work or even what you want for dinner or to do that weekend. When you share your desires for love-making with your lover, find a time when you are alone and distractions such as the computer or television are out of the way. Speak from your heart and without blame. Express your desire to create a closer, more loving connection with your partner.

3. Listen to the desires your lover shares with you. Encourage your partner to talk about what he or she wants from your love making or in your relationship overall. Listen with an open heart and without judgment whether its something that he or she wants more of or less of. We all get triggered at times so this might require practice. In your listening, come from a place of love so that your partner will know you are open to his or her suggestions. If you arent open to what he or she is wanting, inquire within to figure out why. Pay attention to the thoughts that come up for you. If you are open to the new ideas your lover suggests, try them!

4. Spruce up yourself and your environment. Work together to make a beautiful, loving space for your love making time. It might only require rearranging furniture in your bedroom or other intimate space getting rid of clutter helps. A portable cd player with passionate music playing can ignite passion for both of you. Set aside your sweats or that old bathrobe. Use care and love when deciding what to wearor not wear. Your intimate time is sacred, treat it as such.
